IFSTAL is holding an open screening of the film Wasted! The story of food waste at the University of Reading on Thursday 7 March,
Starting at 6:00 pm in the Nike Lecture Theatre in the School of Agriculture, the film explores both the problem of food waste in the US and possible solutions to the issue from around the globe. It also features renowned chefs including Mario Batali and the late Anthony Bourdain and highlights those in the food system trying to tackle the food waste issue. We are also planning a Q&A session after the screening at the university bar at Park House.
